 What We Do...
Fabulous Food Trails are all about having a good, fun break while at the same time experiencing fabulous local Irish food: handmade cheeses, delicious fruits and vegetables, exquisite chocolate, fragrant honey, tender grass-fed beef, succulent mountain lamb, freshly baked traditional breads and wonderful seafood such as oak smoked wild Irish salmon as well as mussels and oysters plucked from the sea that very morning.
Our Trails vary from season to season, and our itineraries are not finalised until nearer the date as we are constantly sourcing new producers for you to meet, so you can experience the very best food.

On the Trail you will meet the most imaginative producers, farmers and growers all over the country and the most creative chefs from all over the country.

Where we stay
We stay in carefully selected gorgeous hotels and country houses in magnificent surroundings. Some have beautiful gardens, others forest walks, some are by the sea, some on farms and others by rivers but all are cheerful, welcoming, comfortable and serve excellent fresh local food.

Who it is for
Any group who share a passion for real, quality food with true flavour, produced as it ought to be. Come with friends – groups of 8 people to a maximum of 12 – and you can be assured of a fun adventure with likeminded food explorers.

Where are we
Fabulous Food Trails is based in Dublin and runs Trails all over the country. Our Trails vary from one to three days, each one full of surprises, flavour and sheer entertainment.

Getting around
We meet at an agreed assembly point and set off in a private coach to bring you on your food adventure.

Group size
Groups vary in size but there are never more than 12 on any one trip to ensure the best of attention at all times.

What to bring
You’ll need: sturdy footwear, raingear because it sometimes rains in Ireland, a notebook, a camera if you want one, and a good appetite.
