French Chocolatier Benoit Lorge, winner of 7 Good Taste Awards (including 2 Gold) will show you how to make the very best chocolate just to enjoy as a treat, a unique present or to celebrate that special occasion.

Benoit prides himself in following the traditions of the true French artisan, creating unique chocolates which not only look great but taste delicious. You can use them in table decorations, serve as petits fours, or simply scrumptious chocolates to be enjoyed anytime.

We will work with dark, milk and white chocolate learning how to prepare each one so that you end up with chocolates which look fantastic and taste even better. Throughout, Benoit will share his special recipes for truffles, pralines, crème de cassis and other delicious fillings.

Benoit reveals where to source the very finest ingredients, how to melt, temper, pour and mould, how to cool, decorate and finish. And then it's your turn. He will guide you as you cut, dip, fill and decorate the most fabulous chocolates. And we keep it all really simple - no special kitchen equipment required.

Your Chocolate Trail finishes with a glass of champagne and chocolate, or coffee and chocolate – you choose! You leave with your very own box of exquisite chocolate creations to dazzle your family and friends, and some gourmet chocolate recipes to try at home.
