All Inclusive: 3 Day Weekend

£ 850 Stg per person sharing

Deposit: a non-refundable deposit of 30% per person is required to reserve a place. Space is limited, so early reservations are advised
Balance: the balance is due no later than 30 days before the trail begins. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled, and retain the deposit paid.

Cancellation: cancellation must be made by email or writing by the person who had made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by Fabulous Food Trails.

Cancellation charges: per person will be levied as:
Days prior to course start date:
Less than 30 days: loss of deposit
Less than 20 days: 75% of total cost
Less than 14 days: 100% of cost

Fabulous Food Trails reserves the right to cancel trails with less than four participants. In the unlikely event of cancellation of a trail due to circumstances beyond our control participants will be notified as close as possible to the first day of the trail and will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule to a different trail.

Payment: for payment we accept bank transfers, cheques and most major credit cards. Please note that because of daily currency fluctuations, the final billing price reflected on your credit card statement may vary from any currency conversions calculated on an earlier date.
